When should I order?
Order by 2pm the working day before your delivery or collection at the latest, but please order as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our order form starts at the minimum and goes up in whole rolls.
Where will the rolls be left?
At your property or the closest suitable and accessible point. They aren't carried through the house or into back gardens.
Some rolls have torn edges. Is that a problem?
No. Torn edges and rolls in more than one piece are a normal part of harvesting fresh turf.
How do I look after new turf?
Water it thoroughly after laying and keep the soil underneath moist while it roots. Stay off it until it holds firm.
